How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–5 business days before they are shipped.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on products that remain unused and sealed, provided the request is made within 30 days of delivery.
How do I request a refund?
After your return is received and reviewed, we will inform you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are generally completed within 5 - 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
