Refunds

• Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Unclaimed Items:

• Refunds cannot be issued for orders returned to us as a result of unclaimed or refused deliveries. For express shipping options available on our site (including DHL, UPS, EMS, and Aramex), refunds will cover the product value only; original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Incorrect or insufficient addresses:

• If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can resend it to the updated address. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
